Beliefs

Our mission is to provide support to federal agencies with mission-critical objectives that help protect the U.S. from emerging threats.

The Five Pillars of Successful Endeavors are our guiding principles in all that we do (author unknown):

Bennett Gives Back

We are an organization that believes in the importance of giving back. In 2022, Bennett Aerospace asked fellow employees what worthy charitable organizations they believe could use our help. Below are the charities our employees nominated and which the company made donations to. Thanks to our employees for making a difference in the lives of those who benefited from these donations.

“We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop.”- Mother Teresa

History

  • 2008

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, was co-founded by Julia Bennett, an Army veteran and engineer who is passionate about using advancements in science and technology to assist in protecting America from emerging threats. At the time of inception, Bennett Aerospace was primarily a small business innovative research (SBIR) company.

  • 2011

Ms. Bennett took over as the Chief Executive Officer and directed the newly incorporated Bennett Aerospace, Inc.’s organizational priorities to focus on both SBIRs and professional support services, making the company a force multiplier to U.S. government agencies.

  • 2015

Ms. Bennett began serving as both CEO and President of Bennett Aerospace, Inc. The company maintained its focus on work Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) and within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) as well as expanding its footprint to new agencies.

  • 2016

Bennett Aerospace leveraged its exceptional prime past performance within the Department of Defense to extend its services to agencies under the Department of Justice, offering large scale administrative and technical contracts, which roughly quadrupled the company’s size.

  • 2023

Today, with hundreds of employees across the U.S., the company continues to thrive by remaining nimble and putting its employees first. Bennett Aerospace is honored to humbly serve the intelligence, science and technology, engineering and research, and law enforcement communities. Rooted in R&D, the company continues to focus on developing tip of the spear technologies through its SBIR efforts. It remains committed to safeguarding this nation for future generations of Americans as well as making the world a better place.
